How can I return/cancel my shipment?

What's your return policy?

We offer 30 days easy return and money-back-guarantee. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

We offer shipping to United States, Canada and countries within the European Union, as well as the UK.

What's your delivery time?

Estimated delivery times for our products are typically between 2-7 days, though it may take up to 10-15 days for deliveries in the UK. Rest of EU 2-5 days Free shipping over €90 EUR. For orders under €90 EUR, there's a €6 EUR shipping fee.
United Kingdom 10-15 days
Free shipping over £100. For orders under £100 there's a £6 shipping fee.
United States 2-5 days Free shipping over $90 USD. For orders under $90, there's a $6 USD shipping fee.
Canada 3-7 days Free shipping over $150 CAD. For orders under $150, there's a $15 CAD shipping fee.

Customs

Will I be charged customs for my order?

For orders being shipped outside North America and EU, import duties and taxes may be charged. These charges are set by the Customs Authority of the destination country. Since these charges are different for different countries, Flaxta cannot predict the amount. We advise you to contact your local customs office for further information.

For UK orders: All UK orders include VAT and import duties. There are no additional charges or fees that you have to pay upon receiving the product.
