Where do you ship?
We are shipping to United States, Canada and countries within the EU.

For orders within EU*

  • Free shipping over €100 EUR
  • 30 days easy returns and money-back-guarantee.
  • 2-5 days delivery time.
  • €10 EUR shipping fee for orders below €100.
  • All European orders are fulfilled and shipped from our warehouse in Salzburg, Austria.

*Including: Andorra, Monaco, Norway and Switzerland.  Excluding: Cyprus, Faroe Islands, Greece, Greenland, Malta, Isle of Man(UK), Bailiwick of Guernsey(UK), Bailiwick of Jersey(UK)

For US and Canadian orders

    What currency are your prices in?
    Our items are listed in EUR (€).

    Import duties, taxes and additional charges outside of North America and EU
    For orders being shipped outside North America and EU, import duties and taxes may be charged. These charges are set by the Customs Authority of the destination country.

    Since these charges are different for different countries, Flaxta cannot predict the amount. We advise you to contact your local customs office for further information.

    Can I return my product?
    We offer 30 days easy return and money-back-guarantee. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

      Where do you ship from?
      All European orders are shipped from our warehouse in Salzburg, Austria.

      All US and Canadian orders are shipped from our warehouse in Denver, Colorado.

      Please walk me through the order process:

      1. Find your favorite Flaxta product (s) and add to your cart.
      2. Go to checkout and enter your details.
      3. Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation.
      4. Once your order leaves the warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation.
      5. Receive your Flaxta product!
      6. Enjoy your Flaxta product!

      How long before my order ships?
      We do our best to process and ship orders within 1-3 business days. 

      ... and how long before my order arrives?
      Estimated delivery is 2-5 days. Please note that for some remote areas additional shipping time may apply.

      Which payment methods do you offer?
      We offer secure payments via Stripe and accept payments by credit card (VISA, Mastercard, American Express) as well as Apple Pay.

      Where can I find my tracking?
      Once your order leaves our warehouse, we will send your tracking number in a shipping confirmation email. You can also find a link to the tracking information on your account page.
